В каталог включены представители только одного отряда Ophiurae, определенные до рода или до вида. Учтено 29 987 экземпляров из 1 540 проб; число определенных видов 186. Для видов, описанных Н.М.Литвиновой, приведены фотографии. Для зоологов, таксономистов, биогеографов, работников зоологических музеев.
