📙 In 1984 while bored at work, I coined the name 'Management by Confusion'. Lack of the ability of management to see or figure out problems became apparent. A friend 'Pete' Peterson and I spent about three month putting together a game board that chronicled the adventure of a person through the company ladder to the top. No game company wanted it, so the idea was scrapped, my kids and still play it.After years of thinking about it, I decided to begin writing down the new story of Management by Confusion. Around 1995, I was scribbling notes and situations I thought were funny. In 1999, I finally purchased a decent computer, or should I say I actually tried to learn how to use it.My years in school didn't pay off in English, so when I figured out that Microsoft word could find most of my errors I was ecstatic.By 2002, book one or part one was finished and turned down for being to short. Therefore, this time I wasn't going to give up, and began hammering out book two or part two. It was finished in late 2004, and I began an insane task of editing it, having eight people read it and find errors. I figured it was done then I let the wife read it and she found 100 more, ARGH!!
