🔖 From Where the Sun Now Stands is a memoir by Richard W. "Rockie" Runyan.  Once upon a time a whole bunch of guys were asked to go to Vietnam.  Some went; some didn’t.  The guys who went were bad guys because they went.  The guys who didn’t go were bad guys because they didn’t go.  This whole generation of guys were bad guys for one reason or another. I was one of them.  Maybe we’ve all learned something from what happened way back when, then again maybe we didn't.
