🔖 This book is a case study of a teacher education reform initiative. We-teachersin schools and a university-write together about our attempts to reform ourteacher education program. We use both narrative and systematic studies toanalyze in detail our reform initiatives-the changes we designed, the complexdemands and learning that occurred over time, the longitudinal influence on ourgraduates, and the ongoing research and program evaluation that informed ourdecision making. The chapters of this book are written to be somewhat free standing. Each chapter concludes with a summary ofwhat we learned and a list of discussion questions to tie our work to bigger issues and to encourage furtherdialogue.
