📗 Bram Stoker (1847–1912) was an Irish novelist, best known today for his universally famous gothic novel “Dracula,” the main villain of which is still one of the most popular antagonists in the modern media. “The Lair of the White Worm” is a horror novel based on the legend of the Lambton Worm. The story of the book revolves around Adam Salton, who goes to Derbyshire to meet his great-uncle Richard Salton for the family reunion. Adam travels to his house and soon fi nds himself at the center of dark and mysterious events in which a local woman Arabella March is involved.
