📓 Tomcat Tompkins blames the East Europeans for all the ills in the world – or the UK – as that’s all the world he’s interested in and he works hard to find them and send them home. They bring no good, in Tomcat’s opinion and he has his reasons. But Tomcat is about to learn that the world – or the UK – doesn’t have the right kind of people in it at all and he must be the one to take action. He soon learns, with some help from a Slovenian mechanic and a Polish sausage seller, that immigrants bring skills and strengths he needs to help defeat the people who would see Tomcat destroyed. With Brexit looming this is a story similar to the novels about Bulldog Drummond from the “patriotic” times of the 1920s & 1930s. Tomcat Tompkins finds redemption and victory, learning along the way that immigration is a virtue not a menace to any society. This is a tongue-in-cheek look at the UK with a detective story at its heart.
