📒 Employees’ engagement enhances the organizational effectiveness. Hence, organization seeks ways to create working conditions that have sufficient motivating and energizing human resources. Performance Management Systems (PMSs) is widely used to enhance the organizational effectiveness. A number of researchers have identified performance evaluation methods (PEMs) as the core of PMSs. This book seeks to find out the influence of PEMs on the operating level employees’ work behavior in the banking sector that is playing a crucial role in China and Bangladesh economy. Structural equation model and hypotheses have been developed for the comparative study with empirical analysis. The hypotheses factors and sub-factors have been selected systematically. The findings of the study have been discussed in terms of contemporary international research. It is expected that the findings and discussion will help the interested users, especially the managers of the banking sector of the relevant countries.
