📗 Minimal Invasive Dentistry is defined as a non-invasive, biologically friendly approach that is directed towards healing of carious lesion and disease control. It is an approach which deals with the management of dental caries with the aim of minimizing the loss of tooth structure by disease or by iatrogenic intervention. The introduction of Minimal Invasive Dentistry has opened new horizons in Modern Medical Model of treating caries, by prevention of extension.
