Microcredit and Women Empowerment in Bangladesh

🔖 This book actually investigates the effectiveness of Microcredit in empowering the rural women of Bangladesh. To find out the effectiveness of Microcredit in empowering rural women, field visit has been conducted and Focus group Survey has been done to collect primary data. After data analysis, this study came into a conclusion that Microcredit is contributing to the poverty eradication of Bangladesh but in terms of women empowerment, Microcredit has not been successful.
