📓 The performance of Laboratory Technicians is very important in many learning Institutions especially the High Schools. For a developing country the emphasis is on achieving advanced Scientific and Technological development. This can only be achieved through proper induction of High School students into Science Subjects. Very little studies exist that point to the working conditions of the Laboratory Technicians in developing countries. The work of such Artisans needs thorough research and understanding so as to appreciate their contribution in the science subjects’ curriculum delivery. This book therefore, provides for an elaborate and secure approach to the establishment of factors affecting the performance of Laboratory Technicians in public High Schools in Kenya. A model is presented that can be used by these policy makers to evaluate the performance of the said Artisans and take cognizance of factors that affect their performance.
