📒 The Semantic Web is an evolving extension of the World Wide Web in which is defined the semantics of information and services on the web. People are capable of using the Web for tasks such as finding places by name, reserving books, tickets, searching for the lowest price to buy, and so on. A computer cannot accomplish the same tasks without human direction because web pages are designed to be read by people and not by machines. The semantic web is a vision of information that is understandable by computers, so that they can perform more of the tedious work involved in finding, sharing, and combining information on the web. It involves languages specifically designed for data and web data management and comprises a set of design principles and a variety of technologies. In this book is described an approach for integrating an Intelligent User Interface into data driven systems and product data management systems. The chronology of the book follows almost the whole development lifecycle of the project with defining the goals and scope, trough the research and the base prerequisites in terms, like IUI, PDM, what gives us RIA, then finding algorithmic solutions of the problems.
