Student Evaluation. An Insight Into Faculty Perception 12+

📒 Student evaluation nowadays have become essential aspect of the educational institutes and also for the faculty themselves. Faculty in different universities around Pakistan perceive that student's don't evaluate their faculty properly. They lack in the maturity aspect which genuinely assess the faculty performance and in result does valid evaluation from the student's part. In various educational institutes faculty have this viewpoint that maturity comes with the age and education, if student's are in certain age bracket or they have certain level of education then maturity comes and student's can only at that point in time does valid evaluation of their faculty member respectively.
