📘 This book is a compilation of the tragic events of the horrific night of December 2-3, 1984 when a highly poisonous gas Methyl iso-cyanide (MIC) was leaked from a pesticide manufacturing plant of Union Carbide India Limited (UCIL), Bhopal. The consequent events lets to sudden deaths of thousands of peoples and many more for suffering throughout their life. The significant impact of that tragedy was so great that it left many scars on the face of modern India in the form of social, economical, environmental, legislation and judicial processes. After the 27 years of that tragedy still many more questions arises in the form of rehabilitation and resettlement of sufferers and the disposition of chemical still lying in controversial campus of former UCIL. The book has combat several such questions and proposed few solutions for them.
