📓 Ambulatory blood pressure measure a 24-hours blood pressure which have more accurately reflect the patient's actual blood pressure than office BP measurements. This will improve the physician's ability to predict cardiovascular risk. This book will explore the circadian BP profile of hypertensive patients, proportion of uncontrolled hypertension between 24-hours ABPM and office BP and the association of cardiovascular risk factors among dippers and non dippers. The percentage of non dippers were 68.6% for systolic and 61.9% for diastolic. The percentage of uncontrolled office blood pressure was high 57.1% systolic and 61.0% diastolic and there is a significant difference between office BP and 24-hours ABPM.
