Assessment of AFM1 in Milk Collected from Different Dairy Farms 14+

📖 The discipline of food science has an enormous impact on the quality of human life. It has given rise to the world's largest industry that is processing unlimited verities of food. It has indirectly transformed agriculture from subsistence farming to industrial farming, employing the latest technologies. It is an all-encompassing discipline that is centered on enriching and improving food through increased food security, food safety, nutritional benefits and food functionality. Importance of this discipline cannot be ignored in modern era where the population of the world is increasing with an alarming risk of food security and food safety and this discipline, in collaboration with latest technologies, is making the lives of people safer by taking the extensive research on different food commodities. Milk is a important part of human diet and contamination with aflatoxin (AFM1) is an issue of great concern which demands a great attention. So, this research is planed to evaluate the safety of milk. Owing the results of this research, the implementation of regulations will help to minimize or avoid the AFM1 contamination in milk.
