📗 Have you ever been in a situation where you thought "why" did this happen? A journey past "why" is based on my observations and experiences with situations where we feel the frustration of "why" and more importantly how to begin moving past that question. This is about sharing some of the aspects of my journey. It is about having had the privilege of sharing, observing and listening to the stories of others who have had to move past that question as well. Lets face it, there is never an acceptable answer to "why", there is no reason good enough. There is also no right way or wrong way to approach any situation. I hope to share some of the strategies that I have used or seen used, in hopes that it may make the transition easier for others.
