📕 Traditionally, one role of Higher Education has been to supply the labour market with appropriately educated and skilled graduates. However, the market has become increasingly competitive and there are concerns that the growing number of highly qualified graduates is not met by an increased demand for these skill levels. Consequently, there is a growing need for students to become aware of relevant labour market developments and take ownership of their future career.
