📖 Disposition factors, as a factor of risk for migraine headache do not directly neither cause migraine headache. Trigger factors are provoking migraine headache in for migraine headache predisponded adolecents. Recognizing specific age dependent migraine headache disposition and trigger factors in adolescents, some of migraine headaches can be avoided. Study was conducted on 20,917 adolescents in Serbia. Apparently from a direct heredity, as adolescents migraine headache disposition factors should also be accepted: the order of birth, the length of breast-feeding, age when the ready-made industrial food was introduced, age when the child was introduced to a whole-day basis stay, kinetosis and insufficient dominance of the hemisphere. Migraine headache trigger factors in adolescents are specific and age dependent. Typical migraine headache trigger factors in adolescents are lack of sleep, tobacco passive smoking, alcohol intakes, and "not eating at time". Identification of migraine headache trigger factors is extremely important especially in adolescents with clear migraine headache disposition factors.
