📙 Information seeking behaviour is a multifaceted activity, requiring access to varied information resources to deal with work-related, personal, and social information problems. Information-seeking behaviour refers to strategies for locating information, and has three elements: people, information, and systems. The K. N. G. D. Modi Engineering College, library has been providing effective services to the faculty members. Most of the users are satisfied with the services provided by the library and the study focuses that there is a good application of Information Communication Technology (ICT) in the library. Information-seeking behaviour differs from one discipline to another and from one institution or library to another. Library information systems, however, must be capable of handling the complex information need and demands of faculty members, researchers etc.
