📒 The later years of life introduce successive challenges to single and married persons in American society. Physical changes of the body, economic and social adjustment to retirement, coping with needs for care-giving of senior parents, and personal interactions with marriage partners and friends all demand new emotional and spiritual resources. Transitions in Mature Marriage examines contemporary research on these issues and offers guidance for singles and married couples in making creative adjustments to these challenges.
