📙 This book is written to raise awareness of the 3 fold disease of a dis-ease and have acceptance to take action immediately so quickly happening is their recovery to become happy and free. Exercises in it keep us moving forward and show our progress when we add pages to it yearly preferably around the time we celebrate our anniversary. The program is about progress in our journey. The blank areas and write-in areas are for pause and reflection, a vital part of meditation which helps our health in multiple directions. A purpose of gaining growth, experience and knowledge. A pencil is suggested so that a minimum 90 day daily work of being worth it anotes your joy of knowledge.
