📘 Trying to teach then hopefully learn to change are the stages that are developmentally essential if one is to grow and become effective in any situation where actual learning can take place. Knowing when and how to change approaches, methods, and expectations is essential. Would you strap a boy of fifteen years who is bigger than you?
