📓 Anxiety is real. I cannot diagnose, treat, or examine you for this condition but I can share with you how important it is to know self, examine self, and ultimately treat yourself. My journey with this is new but I can share with you things we can do to improve this condition. For you that don't experience anxiety, believe me this is a good book to relax and enjoy and to just be informed. It is a pleasure for me to share my experience about anxiety with you and it will be with even more pleasure that it can help somebody along the way. Encouragement is needed in all walks of life and sometimes what we need to help us get better is just that, get better! No one knows self better than self. Mental well-being is not talked about or dealt with as it should be. Anxiety is designed to separate us from our spiritual beliefs and create drastic fear but this too can be defeated. Become purpose-driven as this is a big key. Let's stop just existing and operate in purpose! My grandmother used to pray every day and every day in her prayers she included this statement, "Lord, thank you for keeping me in my right mind."
