📘 Reeve (1880-1936) was an American mystery writer, best known for his series of scientific mysteries featuring Professor Craig Kennedy, sometimes called 'the American Sherlock Holmes', and his Dr Watson-like sidekick, newspaper reporter Walter Jameson. 82 Craig Kennedy stories were originally published in Cosmopolitan magazine from 1910-18 and were then collected into book form. This full-length Kennedy novel was published in 1919.
