The Quetzal Dynasty

📕 The Quetzal (pronounced Ketsel) is a bird of the Central American rain forests. It has a red crest and red, white and green plumage. The male bird also has spectacular, long green tail feathers. It was the Holy Bird of the Maya Indians of Yucatán.
