📗 The monograph will be interesting for young scientists in the field of telecommunications In the work are the main principles of parallel telecommunication systems. In the basis of these principles lies parallel processing of data, development of telecommunication devices on a parallel basis. For the following theoretical base was used system of residual classes. Data in this system can be processed in parallel without transfer digits. Elements of telecommunications proposed to implement in the neural network which has parallelism, the ability to learn or setting up an obstacle. In the basis of the book lies the theory of transfer, processing of parallel data by parallel elements of telecommunications.
