📙 Carlos, a diplomat's son, has spent fifteen years without speaking to anyone; and Nikolaj, an English teacher, is asked by Carlos's mother to find out why. Buenos Aires was the city where something unknown happened to him. In the morning, Carlos was a normal child but when he returned home from school in the afternoon, he was mute. The only person Carlos communicates with is this English teacher. Carlos was in and out of psychiatric centres where his father, Fernando, insists on sending him every time he has an appointment to a new diplomatic post. Nikolaj starts investigating into Fernando's past and finds out some dark secrets that have to do with Juan Perón and his entourage.
