A Textbook of Histology

📙 At the time of his death in 1928, Alexander A.Maximow left an unfinished manuscript of a "Textbook of Histology". This was completed by Dr.William Bloom with the help and advice of some of his colleagues and friends, C.Judson Herrick, George Bartelmez, Clayton Loosli, J.Walter Wilson, Edward A.Boyden, and W.H.Taliafero. The book went through seven editions as Maximow and Bloom's "Textbook of Histology" - 1930, 1934, 1938, 1942, 1948, 1952, 1957. There have been translations into Spanish, Polish, and Italian.
